Southern Tier Brewing Co. is once again expanding its facilities, according to this article on ObserverToday.com. The company (EDITOR’s NOTE: Which brewed perhaps CBB’s favorite fall seasonal this year: Warlock) is incorporating a 45,000 square foot butler building for warehouse space.
According to the article, this additional room will be the home for packaging materials, six loading docks and extra lab space. From the Observer:
Their growth in current and projected sales prompted this expansion project.
The new addition will bring a total of approximately 83,000 sq. ft. of new construction in the town of Busti, since they began their operations in 2003.
