Beer Institute releases domestic tax paid estimate (June 2014)

We believe most volumes should be estimated in beer barrels.

Last week, the Beer Institute published an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid by beer brewers. The June 2014 domestic tax paid estimate is 16,350,000 barrels. June 2013 removals were 16,600,000 barrels (revised) for a decrease of -1.5 percent. Please note the following monthly revisions from previous releases for 2013 and 2014:

The Beer Institute is the trade association representing all brewers and beer importers, as well as industry suppliers. That is all.
