Ekos Brewmaster software manages sales, inventory, production from one location

April 30, 2014Chris Crowell

Breweries are bustling with people who have a ton to do — but everyone needs to be on the same page. The right hand has to know what the left hand is drinking. Luckily, there is new technology on the market to help.

Brewmaster operations, inventory and mangement software
Ekos integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks, and automatically generates TTB reports, excise and sales tax reports.

For example, Ekos, an enterprise software company, is now offering software, Ekos Brewmaster, it thinks can help breweries to organize, manage and integrate information across the business into one easily accessible location. Ekos Brewmaster is designed for ease of use, yet offers all the tools that are essential for efficient brewery management and rapid growth. Brewery owners can manage everything from sales and inventory to raw ingredients and equipment history with a few clicks or swipes.

Through Ekos Brewmaster, every function of brewery management is streamlined. The brewery’s sales team can quickly attain the information they need when they need it without calling in to check available inventory. They can confirm inventory, create sales orders, track leads and schedule appointments quickly and conveniently from their mobile phone or tablet.

Production management becomes equally seamless. Those working in the brewhouse can simply pick a recipe, select the number of barrels to produce and let Ekos do the math. Allocation of ingredients from the stock room is handled automatically. Ekos can even reveal how much it costs to produce the batch, keg, bottle or can.

“To run an efficient and profitable brewery, you must consistently be aware of what you have in inventory for both raw materials and packaged beer,” added Greg Forehand, CEO of Ekos. “And you must keep a careful eye on the bottom line. Ekos Brewmaster has the capability to give any brewery that all-important competitive edge.”

Ekos integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks and automatically generates TTB reports, excise and sales tax reports.

    Sounds like a great product.
An info I’m curious about is: what is the price range of this software?
    Thanks
