Intelligrated offers complete warehousing and distribution automation including case- and pallet-handling conveyor systems, sortation solutions, robotics and warehouse control software.

The cool new products for the Craft Brewers Conference and BrewExpo America continue to roll in. New brewing systems, new canning lines and automated material handling solutions from folks like Intelligrated are completely piquing our interest for awesome high-tech operational hardware and software.

Intelligrated is a leading North American-based, single-point provider of automated material handling solutions for craft brewery operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. Headquartered in Mason, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati, Intelligrated designs, manufactures and installs complete material handling automation solutions, including conveyor systems, IntelliSort sortation systems, Alvey palletizers and robotics, Real Time Solutions order fulfillment systems, warehouse control software and advanced machine controls.

Intelligrated will showcase its suite of solutions for breweries in booth #5106 at BrewExpo America, March 26-29, in Washington, D.C.

“New products and sizes, innovative packaging, customer-ready and mixed loads are just some of the challenges we help brewers address,” said Earl Wohlrab, product manager of palletizing and robotics systems at Intelligrated. “Our involvement with BrewExpo America demonstrates Intelligrated’s continued growth and investment in the brewery industry.”

Intelligrated’s Alvey brand has a 100-year history with the brewery industry and features rapid, reliable palletizing and case packing solutions designed to handle today’s frequent packaging changes and increasing production volumes. The modular systems provide consistent, reliable and gentle product handling with minimal downtime. The company’s long list of brewery customers include craft brewers like Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Lagunitas Brewing Co. and Lost Coast Brewery, as well as multinational corporations like Anheuser-Busch InBev and MillerCoors.
