Introducing TruBlu•Steam generators to the craft beer industry

By using up to 500 °F dry steam, TruBlu•Steam generators sanitize and kill all pathogens instantly.

AmeriVap Systems is a pioneer in industrial dry steam cleaners, as well as cutting-edge steam application attachments, offering a variety of products for sanitation issues in the craft beer and bottling industry. By using up to 500 °F dry steam, TruBlu•Steam generators sanitize and kill all pathogens instantly in the brewing, processing and packaging industry. In minutes, dry steam raises the temperature of storage tanks and barrels, not only sanitizing them, but also melting tartrates and residues. With 1 percent moisture which dissipates quickly, these systems are perfect for cleaning control panels and other electrical parts.

AmeriVap’s attachments and accessories make it easy to reach difficult areas such as nooks, crannies, piping and drains. These attachments can even sanitize conveyor belts during production. Units use only quarts of water per hour instead of gallons per minute. Dry steam technology is clean, economical, but most of all, eco-friendly.

Let’s take conveyors for instance – they tend to collect dirt, due to spillages of the products processed – while storage tanks and vessels are subject to the build-up of deposits and encrustations from the product processed in the plant. This is where Amerivap dry steam cleaners come in. Typically, the beverage equipment sanitation procedure is to use hot water and caustic chemicals to clean and sanitize resulting in large amounts of water usage and potentially beverage tainting chemical residue.

Amerivap’s industrial steam cleaners provide a superior method of cleaning in the beverage industry. Due to the small particulate size of the water molecules (.0006 microns) the dry steam vapor is able to penetrate every nook and cranny of the equipment and the heat transfer, especially to stainless steel is immediate, as opposed to hot water baths.

Some of the proven applications in the beverage industry:

  • Clean and sanitize large stainless tanks;
  • Clean and sanitize large bottling lines, even the nooks and crannies;
  • Sanitize and refresh oak barrels;
  • Sanitize floor drains, killing fruit and other flies, pests and their eggs;
  • Clean and sanitize piping systems;
  • Clean diamond aluminum flooring; and
  • Clean and sanitize conveyor belts automatically.
