Rock out to this ProFill 90S can line at Wisconsin’s Central Waters Brewing (video)

July 31, 2019Keith Gribbins

New Berlin, Wis.-based beer equipment maker ProBrew can build or supply just about every category of brewing equipment you may need — packaging, filling, carbonation, cellaring, brewhouses and all the services and engineering that come with those categories. The company’s clients range from large transnational beer corps like MillerCoors to yet-to-open craft breweries like Road Trip Brewing Co., looking to launch in Atlanta in early 2020 (watch that ProBrew video over here).

ProBrew manufactures brewhouses ranging from 3 up to 100 bbls. Its ProLine of packaging equipment is dedicated to bottling and canning lines with depalletizers, uncasers, labelers, erectors, packers, palletizers, conveyor systems and beyond, and its ProFill line of can, bottle and keg filling systems are engineered with high tech to meet today’s can, bottle and keg production needs.

Central Waters Brewing Co. in Amherst, Wisc., is a client. The brewery pumps out 90 cans per minute after adding ProBrew’s ProFill 90S canning line to its production facility. The system means better filling, less than 30 ppb of dissolved oxygen pickup, longer shelf life and (most importantly) repeatable results. Enjoy a quick tour in the video above, which showcases the impressive machinery while rocking out to a U2-ish groove.
