Watch: Learn to add distinct color to your beer or restore body, foam and mouthfeel with malt concentrates

September 30, 2020Keith Gribbins

PureMalt is a global innovator when it comes to malt concentrates. The Scottish-based malt expert makes a variety of products for a variety of industries, adding look, flavor and feel to baking, beer and other food products (think vinegar or pickles, for instance). PureMalt sells malt beer concentrates, liquid malt extracts and spray dried malt powders that can have many uses.

Let’s take craft beer. Malt concentrates and extracts for commercial beer production can be powerful and cost-effective tools. They are great for color adjustment, giving distinct hues to a brand. They can add flavor profiles through late addition to beer. Pale malt concentrates, for instance, can be used for restoring body, foam and mouthfeel. Malt concentrates can also be used to help formulate low alcohol or no alcohol beers.

Learn more watching the webinar above. Simon Turner, with PureMalt, web casts from Scotland to talk about the company and its malt concentrate products. He even goes through a demonstration, showing how easy it is to add extract to a beer. After that, watch our video on PureMalt below. That should nearly take up your morning.

Looking to learn more? In America, PureMalt is distributed by Gusmer Enterprises. Check them out right over here. Gusmer carries a lot of cool products.
