Crosby-Hop-Farm_Hop-Cluster-Logo_RegisteredCrosby Hop Farm is a Salmon-Safe Certified, fifth-generation farm based in Woodburn, Oregon, only 35 miles south of Portland. CHF grows, processes, stores and distributes a wide range of whole leaf hops and craft-inspired hop pellets to the craft brewing industry. Crosby Hop Farm’s offerings include 75+ varieties from around the globe, proprietary selections, organic and experimental hops. Focused on quality and innovation, our operations include the state-of-the art hop harvesting, laboratory, and pellet processing infrastructure required to deliver a premium, consistent hop product from our farm to your brewing facility.

At this year’s Craft Brewers Conference (Booth #1351), Crosby Hop Farm will be showcasing its craft-inspired pellets and new experimental hop varieties from its partner grower Jackson Hop of Idaho.

Crosby Hop Farm is also hosting an Open House for brewers on Wednesday, April 15. For more information on the Open House or schedule a hands-on tour of the farm (available by appointment year-round), brewers are welcome to email [email protected].
