Let’s get brewing: Gin & tonic … beer?

December 17, 2015Jason Morgan

An Italian sours brewer and a British sours brewer walk into a brewery. The brewmaster says, “Hey guys, what’s brewing?” The brewers look at him and say … gin and tonic. Confused? Never fear! The Craft Beer Channel is here with a great video showcasing a unique collaboration between Wild Beer Co. and Lover Beer, both of sour brewing fame, that is inspired by the flavor of gin and tonic. This isn’t just a “look at the cool beer we’re brewing” video — the two master brewers take you through a crash course in experimental brewing, detailing their ingredients, the process and why they made the brewing decisions they did. It’s an awesome inside look at an excellent collaboration. For even more international inspiration, be sure to check out our World of Beer Craft content hub where we detail all the international brewing goings on.
