Hey, Midwest homebrewers: Brewcraft USA is opening a new distribution hub in Chicago

September 26, 2017Chris Crowell

Brewcraft USA

Brewcraft USA, a mainstay in the homebrewing industry throughout North America, is opening up a new distribution facility in Chicago, joining the four current U.S. locations: Vancouver, Wash.; Dallas; Asheville, N.C.; Champlain, N.Y. Brewcraft supplies homebrew retailers and craft brewers with a wide array of brewing ingredients and equipment that includes malts/grains, hops, yeast, cooperage and a number of exclusive products from valued partners such as Great Western Malt, Canada Malting, Bairds Malt, BestMalz, Briess, Thomas Fawcett Malt, The Grainfather, Still Spirits, Brewers Edge, Cholaca — Liquid Cacao, Mosti Mondiale, YCH Hopss and more.

As the support system grows in Illinois, expect the homebrew scene to expand over the course of the coming year. With access to quality ingredients at a faster turnaround time, homebrew retailers and breweries will have the agility and opportunity to expand more readily than ever.

By opening a distribution facility in Chicago, Brewcraft USA is equipped to provide value and service to meet the growing demand from North American homebrew retailers, breweries, cideries and distilleries for competitively priced, high-quality ingredients and equipment.

“We’ve had our team out in the market, and we see a lot of areas we can drive value for our suppliers, retailer and end-users,” said Brewcraft USA’s General Manager Sam Madrid. “We have received an incredible reception from the Chicago brewing and homebrew retail community. We are looking forward to aiding them in their efforts to bring our proprietary products [malt, hops, fruits and equipment] to the area in support of the D.I.Y. and craft experience.”
