Friday fun: Rogue’s Good Chit Pilsner jingle is truly the shit

August 4, 2017Keith Gribbins

As your Friday quickly descends into internet surfing, after work beer fantasy and generalized madness, let us direct you to a video promoting Rogue Ales and Spirit’s Good Chit Pilsner. This good-humor jingle will keep you giggling all day long, even as you try to swim through life’s minutia. Good Chit Pilsner is made with Rogue Farms barley that it floor-malts in small batches. Floor malting is an old fashioned, eight-day process that includes steeping, germination, raking, roasting, bagging and hands-on love 24-hours a day. “Chit” refers to the start of the rootlets that emerge from the embryo of the kernel once steeping is complete and germination begins. Now sing along with us, “Good chit. It’s good chit. Made with floor-malted barley…”
