World of Beer Craft: Guatemala-based craft brewery plans to provide clean water to locals

June 1, 2015Jason Morgan

As a craft brewer, you know the importance of clean water. Here at Craft Brewing Business, we’ve spilled plenty of virtual ink on the subject. While we’re dealing with our own water issues (Californians more than most), clean water is something we often take for granted. The video above from startup Antigua Brewing Co. reminds us all of the importance of clean water, not just for brewing, but as a dependable resource. To get its brewing job done, the brewery plans to build two structures: A brewery and a water treatment plant. Be sure to check out the full story in the video above. Then flow on over to our most-read water-focused feature stories.
