Homebrewing pioneer Charlie Papazian talks craft beer

“You don’t have to go great distances to find good beer. It starts at home, in this case.” Truer words were never spoken, and Charlie Papazian, founder of the Brewers Association and the Great American Beer Festival and author of The Complete Joy of Home Brewing, knows better than most (if not all). Papazian took the time to swing by Bitter and Esters homebrew shop to talk all things homebrewing and growing into a craft beer professional.
