Pack Expo 2017: Roberts PolyPro showing handles, applicators for bottles, cans

September 26, 2017Chris Crowell

At Pack Expo in Las Vegas, Sept. 25-27, Roberts PolyPro (Booth C-3216) is spotlighting innovations in sustainable bottle and can handles as well as bottle and can handle applicators rated for moderate-to-high production environments.

Bottle and can handles

Roberts PolyPro offers a wide selection of injection-molded and extruded bottle handles, bottle multipacks and beverage carriers. The company also offers injection-molded can handles for the growing craft beer and mobile canning markets. Customers purchasing from Roberts PolyPro receive recyclable handles with high holding strength and optimum source reduction for greater sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Extruded handles offer exceptional cube utilization for transportation savings. Rapid prototyping ensures faster time to market for companies engaged with Roberts PolyPro on custom solutions. Show attendees can also discuss with booth personnel the company’s lines of carton and box handles and carriers and range of polybag hooks.

Bottle and can applicators

Three of Robert PolyPro’s most in demand applicators will be featured at Pack Expo: the single bottle handle applicator rated at up to 30 bottles per minute; the new to Pack Expo craft brew and mobile canning can handle applicator for up to 10 cases per minute; and the robotic bottle-handle applicator rated from 30 to 60 cases per minute, depending on the model. Company representatives will be on hand to demonstrate these applicators and to discuss Roberts PolyPro’s full line of applicators, which run the gamut from a semi-automatic solution rated at up to 17 cases per minute to the small-footprint high-speed continuous motion machine.

“Pack Expo provides a one-stop shop opportunity for show attendees to see the latest developments in both innovative handles and applicators as well as to discuss upcoming projects and their needs for off-the-shelf or custom solutions,” said Roy Tetreault, vice president and general manager, Roberts PolyPro.
