Preview Star Kay White’s portfolio of pure extracts #CBC2016

Star Kay extracts

Star Kay White Inc. of Congers, N.Y., has been manufacturing flavors for more than 125 years. Family-owned for five generations, Star Kay White has been providing Premium Extracts to the brewing, distilling, beverage and ice cream industries commencing with its first sale of Pure Peppermint Extract in 1890.

Known throughout the industry for its Chocolate Extract #18 and its Gold Star Pure Vanilla Extract made from 100 percent Grade 1 Madagascan vanilla beans, Star Kay offers a variety of TTB registered extracts for the brewing and distilling industries including lime, ginger, cinnamon, orange and exotics such as lavender and rose.

All of its products are manufactured at its plant in New York State and are available direct to the industry in 1/2 liter, liter, gallon and 5-gallon pails.
