See the new Mega 3 Chain-Vey Mass Flow Tubular Drag Conveyor at #CBC2016

May 3, 2016Chris Crowell

Every year, prior to the annual Craft Brewers Conference & BrewEXPO America, we ask exhibitors to tell us what will be at their booth to preview the show. Below is one such preview. For all of our CBC coverage this year, search #CBC2016 or click this link. See you in Philly.

MPE conveyor

The little sibling of Modern Process Equipment’s (MPE) Chain-Vey packs a major punch. This new arrival, the Mega 3 Chain-Vey Mass Flow Tubular Drag Conveyor, utilizes 3-inch diameter, high-strength polymer discs to move products swiftly and gently with minimal degradation. Be sure to stop by booth #609 during the Craft Brewers Conference this week in Philadelphia to see it for yourself.

With a capacity of 300 cubic feet per hour, or approximately 6,000 pounds (2,700 kilograms) per hour, the Mega 3 can transport your product in a flexible layout design that combines horizontal and vertical transportation configurations.

If you are thinking green, not only is the Mega 3 an economical investment, but it also uses uses 80 percent less energy than traditional pneumatic systems.
