Take a tour of Stone Brewing’s new Napa brewery, restaurant with Greg Koch

August 2, 2017Keith Gribbins

Stone Brewing Co. continues to construct craft destinations to promote and brew its famous California-style beer brands around the world. It’s opened a magnificent bar and brewery in Berlin, Germany, with the most taps in Europe. It opened up a good portion of its East Coast operations in Richmond, Va., last year, including a new brewhouse, retail store, tasting room and its East Coast distribution center. It’s also currently constructing a restaurant and beer destination in Richmond that will be located along the James River in a revamped version of the Terminal Warehouse building (watch a video of it here). That’s all on top of World Bistros, bars and stores throughout San Diego.

When forced to enjoy wine country, turn the tables with some locally made craft beer.

Soon, Stone will be adding another location to that Stone Brewing list of properties — in wine country of all places. The Escondido, Calif.-based brewing brand is knee deep in renovations to a 10,000-square-foot building in downtown Napa, bringing its bold and flavorful craft beer to the region well-known for its vino. Stone’s newest outpost, located on 3rd Street and Soscol Avenue, will include a pilot brewing system, a dining experience, growler fills, merchandise and that cool, classy, all-are-welcome Stone vibe. We’ll let Executive Chairman and Co-Founder Greg Koch give you a tour of the site and an update on the progress via the video above.
