Meet Cask Global Canning Solutions’ ACS X2 (designed for 75+ cans per minute)

December 21, 2015Chris Crowell

During our annual look back at the year’s news for our Best of CBB stuff coming up during the holiday weeks, the amount of canning news once again stood out. We will have more on that in an upcoming post. For right now though, we wanted to highlight one new system that hit the market this year that is pretty cool. Behold Cask Canning’s ACS X2:

The new automated system is designed to fill and seam 75 plus cans per minute (12 fluid ounces). The machine will handle multiple can heights with the same diameter with minimal change over time. (i.e. 12-fluid-ounce or 16-fluid-ounce cans). The system consists of a core conveyor with motor drive, a 10-head filler, a can lid dispenser and two heavy-duty, cam-driven can seamers all mounted on a stainless steel frame.

Cask is also known for aiding your entire canning project from the initial concept to final production. Cask is the official supplier of Ball Corp. for the supply of printed aluminum cans to customers.

“To ensure long-term success of your canning project we understand how you need dependable follow up support. We are a dedicated, full-service supplier,” the company noted. “Our knowledgeable staff offers preventive maintenance, quality control and repair guidance through onsite visits, toll-free telephone support and e-mail.”

Post packaging products are available from third party suppliers for six-pack rings, plastic carriers and cardboard boxes.
