Fireman’s Brew continues Buckeye State expansion

May 8, 2015Jason Morgan

Ohio is a great state for a number of reasons — Cleveland is coming back, our parks are second to none and it’s home to Craft Brewing Business and a host of excellent brews. Now that selection of craft beer is growing even more as Fireman’s Brew continues its rapid expansion across the Buckeye state. With seeding in cities across Ohio for a little more than a year, residents across the state will be able to enjoy Fireman’s Brew handcrafted beers at on- or off-premise locations.

Fireman's Brew expands in Ohio

Ohio marks the 14th state that this rapidly growing craft beer brand has expanded into since 2012. Fireman’s Brew is now available in its home state of California along with Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Illinois, Kansas, Virginia, Rhode Island, New York, and Hawaii.

Already working with Beverage Distributors Inc., Tramonte Distributing and Classic Brands to bring the brew to Chillicothe, Akron and Cleveland – new distribution with Heidelberg Distributing will allow for consumer access to Fireman’s Brew in Dayton, Evendale, Lorain and Toledo.

Conceived by two Los Angeles-based firefighters after extinguishing a brushfire in the local mountains, Fireman’s Brew grew out of their vision to create a premium line of handcrafted ales and lagers that would quench their thirsts after an exhausting day on the firelines. Fireman’s Brew collection of micro-brewed beers are created using only the finest of all-natural ingredients to deliver bold, full-flavored, traditional tastes and easy drinking refreshment. In addition, the company is committed to giving back to the firefighter community upon which it was founded by donating a portion of company proceeds to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation – the nation’s leading non-profit organization dedicated to honoring fallen firefighters and providing assistance to their surviving families.
