Goldring Gulf Distributing Company was formed in July of 2001 with the merger of Gulf Distributing Company of Florida LLC and N. Goldring.

Last month, Santa Rosa County welcomed Goldring Gulf Distributing to the Santa Rosa Industrial Park in Milton, Fla. The company broke ground on its new beverage distribution facility located at 8245 Opportunity Drive at noon Monday, May 12. The 191,450-square-foot facility will house Goldring Gulf Distributing’s beverage distribution facility, offices, controlled temperature warehouse and maintenance services. The Milton location will combine the Ft. Walton and Pensacola facilities, employ over 240 and service more than 2,200 retail accounts.

According to an article on the Santa Rosa’s Press Gazette:

“It’s been a long courtship to finally arrive at breaking ground and getting on with it,” said Elliot Maisel, chairman and CEO of Gulf Distributing Holdings, Goldring’s parent company. “It’s going to be a great building. It will provide us with the opportunity to better serve our accounts and that’s our job.”

Goldring Gulf Distributing is a beverage distributor representing more than 75 different suppliers. Their clients include MillerCoors, Heineken, Crown Imports, SweetWater Brewing Co., Abita Brewing Co., New Belgium Brewing Co., Red Bull North America, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group and others.

Working with the Santa Rosa County Economic Development Office, Goldring Gulf Distributing purchased 35 acres in the industrial park in December 2013 for $20,000 per acre. The county’s land pricing program is an incentive available for new and expanding industry that offers discounted land pricing on county owned industrial park property based on the company’s projected impact to the area including number of jobs, wages, performance and capital investment.

Goldring Gulf will continue to operate its Panama City facility. Construction on the Milton location is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
