Rehrig Pacific offers variety of new school pallets

April 4, 2013Chris Crowell

Rehrig EZ Lift
You can pack better beer beverages on the EZ lift with your own EZ Pals.

Rehrig Pacific Co. provides a fleet of brewery delivery/storage/workflow products for the craft beer, distribution and wholesale industries. For brewers moving a lot of product around and in need of some easily maneuverable pallets, the EZ Pal or Nestable Retail Pallet could translate as functional products for organizing your end of the line process.

Coming in both short (47 in. x 18 in.) and long (53 in. x 18 in.) sizes, the EZ Pals distribute loads evenly and are highly nestable for efficient empty storage in the warehouse. EZ Pals can be combined with an EZ Lift, which is a  motorized electric lift. The EZ Lift features dual hand controls, a short turn-radius and safety strap.  The EZ Pals and Lift provide a variety of platform options as you can mix and match sizes, either one lengthwise, two EZ Pals width-wise and also most wooden or other retail pallets.

Other options include branded logos, multicolor in-mold labels, RFID tracking or a pair of manual steering dollies.

The Nestable Retail Pallet (48 in. x 40 in.) is from the company’s new generation of pallets that utilize advantages of high pressure injection molding and a proprietary blend of materials in order to improve handling and capacity with greater impact resistance and load security.

Rehrig boasts that the pallets are sustainable in that they are highly reusable and recyclable products. These have a nesting ratio of 2.6:1 in order to save that valuable storage space. They are ergonomic in order to making lifting and stacking easier on staff. The Nestable Retail Pallets can also be stamped or molded with logos.
