Victory Brewing Co. has so much going on right now it’s hard to keep up. Well, last week, Victory announced it was rolling the dice and betting big craft beer fans of Nevada will fully embrace Golden Monkey, DirtWolf, Prima Pils and all the delicious whole-flower hopped seasonal and core beer brands Victory has to offer. The footprint expansion west marks the 35th state Victory can be found, and by mid-September, Nevadans will be able to purchase Victory at craft beer bars, restaurants, liquor stores and major gourmet grocery stores throughout the state, including Total Wine & More and Lee’s Discount Liquor.

Victory’s flavorful brews will enter the market under distribution by Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada. Fans can expect to see Golden Monkey Belgian-style Tripel, Hop Devil IPA and other Victory core brands initially, soon to be followed by sought after seasonal and specialty beers such as Hop Ranch IPA and Summer Love Ale.

“Nevada has a huge craft beer culture that celebrates everything about brewing, drinking and appreciating all there is in the business. We’ve had many requests to bring our beer to the area and are extremely excited we can finally oblige by offering our full-flavored beer to these fans and introducing Victory to a new audience of craft beer lovers,” said Vice President of Sales and Marketing Steve German.

“This is a Victory for Southern Wine and Spirits of Nevada, the premier distributor in the state, and for Nevada beer enthusiasts,” said Ian Staller, executive vice president and general manager. “With its whole flower hop brewing and outstanding array of beer styles Victory will be a great addition to our portfolio.”

Victory’s first celebration of the art of craft beer will take place Sept. 20 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. as Presenting Sponsors of the 2014 Downtown Brew Festival in Las Vegas. The event will showcase more than 60 breweries pouring over 200 different craft beers while showcasing celebrity chefs and live music.
