Beer equipment expert Ziemann Holvrieka introduces new emblem

September 13, 2023Keith Gribbins

Ziemann Holvrieka traces its history back to 1852 — way back when August Ziemann started a copper forge. That’s a lot of heritage, but Ziemann and Holvrieka have actually only really been together as a group since 2012. Ziemann International GmbH was acquired by CIMC Enric Tank and Process (CEPT BV) over a decade ago, which also owned the Holvrieka brand. The company became Ziemann Holvrieka GmbH in 2015, and the company has played a pioneering role in the development, manufacturing and installation of beer, beverage and liquid food solutions ever since.

With a decade under its belt, Ziemann Holvrieka GmbH is now looking to freshen its look a bit, recently announcing a modernized new corporate logo. The symbol reflects the shapes of Ziemann Holvrieka’s tanks and vessels and points upwards for a high technology look. From the press release:

“We wanted to present our long, shared tradition even more strongly and visibly as a unit, but also our orientation towards the future,” says Managing Director Florian Schneider, explaining the relaunch of the Ziemann Holvrieka brand.

One the beer side, Ziemann Holvrieka has awesome products. First off, the company offers everything from brewhouse solutions (bright tanks to process equipment) to yeast consulting. Ziemann Holvrieka also offers all kinds of unique brewing tech with cool names like the Shark, T-Rex, Nessie and Dragonfly. For instance: Based on ZH’s innovative Nessie technology, its Omnium system transforms the traditional brewing process by dividing it into individual subprocesses, optimizing each stage and enabling shorter process times, increased raw material yields, improved wort quality and accelerated fermentation, elevating brewhouse and cellar capacities. Read all about it right here. The company has a lot of similarly interesting technology.

The company is also focused on green tech. The company noted it has a big focus on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations and described it as “the only way to effectively develop and implement sustainable innovations, environmentally friendly processes in operations, and solutions for resource conservation and climate change mitigation.” From that same press release:

“The high quality of our solutions and the intensive cooperation with our customers remain, enabling us to shape the future together and drive our industries forward,” emphasizes Florian Schneider.

Expect to hear more about Ziemann Holvrieka in 2023 and beyond. They seem to be making a push.
