Just launched this year, San Diego-based marketing firm Paradeigm has created a product only for craft breweries as defined by the Brewers Association. Ha. PageBuilder is a cloud-based web platform that combines the power of marketing, sales and technology to help independent craft breweries sell more beer. The new software showcases fun, visual content on landing pages alongside details about company location(s), beer releases, events, an interactive beer finder and more. Visit pizzaport.com to see a full buildout in action, and learn more about the new, subscription-based web platform at www.pagebuilder.beer.

What is PB all about?

PageBuilder is self-funded and built in-house by the team at Paradeigm and specifically designed to help independent craft breweries sell more beer. The development and concept idea is led by Paradeigm CEO amd Founder Stephen Brucher, who started his beer career at Stone Brewing Co. creating campaigns to launch iconic beers such as the Stone Enjoy By IPA series. An additional team member leading the project includes interactive designer Alex Policastro, who previously worked alongside Brucher at Stone Brewing and shares a passion for craft beer.

“The entire team at Paradeigm, myself included, is thrilled to support the independent beer community,” said Brucher. “We’ve taken everything learned from our numerous years in the indie beer world and put it into this software. Our goal was to create a tool that independent breweries could use to cut down on website development costs and help them sell more beer.”

With PageBuilder technology, the frontend of each site is mobile-friendly, features a clean, uncluttered design and showcases high-quality company B-roll on each landing page — from the events calendar to the online store and About page. Thanks to its brewery-specific features, the software allows for marketing, sales and events teams to log in and build/add/update content that helps fans easily find and buy beers. Independently-owned breweries may create a free account — using a 30-day trial — and start developing new, engaging websites. More detailed features are available at a premium cost, with all packages starting at $50 per month.

PageBuilder features include:

  • An event management system, listing on/off-site events across the U.S., with location and zip code filters.
  • “Beerfinder” tools, giving sales teams the ability to easy-upload distribution data (.csv and Excel compatible) in the backend and giving fans the power to find new and year-round beer releases.
  • An intuitive drag-and-drop page builder, allowing in-house teams to simply build landing pages without the need and cost of a developer.
  • An innovative age-gate feature, making it easy to add a 21+ entry gate to specific pages or sitewide.
  • SEO and analytics, helping reach more craft beer fans, collect data and measure the success.

A few PageBuilder early adopters include Pizza Port Brewing, San Diego Brewers Guild (2019 Rhythm & Brews Festival) and more soon-to-be-announced, stellar craft breweries from San Diego County.

“Our new software challenges the traditional methods of creating a killer website by putting the power in the hands of the organization,” said Brucher. “It’s something we hope every independently-owned brewery in the United States finds extremely refreshing and helpful for growing their business.”
