June 19, 2023Keith Gribbins

Based in Waukesha, Wisconsin, ProBrew is a supplier of brewery and beverage processing equipment. The company makes all types of beer iron from entire brewhouses to focuses on vessels, carbonation, filling and packaging. It’s worked with everyone from Sam Adams to Coca-Cola, and it makes equipment for all types of beverage industries ranging from craft beer and cannabis infusion to coffee and juice. If you care: ProBrew is a subsidiary of TechniBlend, which is a ProMach brand, a market leader in the beverage, brewing, personal care and liquid processing and production industries.

ProBrew had a nice booth at the 2023 Craft Brewers Conference and BrewExpo America in May. If you couldn’t make it, enjoy these three ProBrew highlight videos from CBC, which showcases some of the company’s various brands (ProCarb, ProFill and ProBrew). Chad Urlaub, regional sales manager for ProBrew, gives us a quick walkaround tour of some beautiful pieces of brewing equipment. In the first video above, Urlaub dives into the ProCarb from ProBrew. According to the company, this solution allows brewers to experience a 500 percent decrease to carbonation times compared to the natural process.

The ProCarb is small, simple-to-operate and a cost-effective PLC controlled and meter based inline carbonation and nitrogenation system. ProBrew believes this state-of-the-art inline carbonation and nitrogenation system delivers the most accurate, consistent, easiest and quickest in-line results in the beverage industry. ProCarb offers a wide range of inline carbonation systems with a wide range of inline capabilities, inline nitrogenation and centrifugal separation technologies that are aimed at saving beverage producers time, money and energy while delivering impressive liquid gasification and clarification results. Learn more about cool ProCarb solutions right over here.

In the short video below, Urlaub dives into the latest and greatest in can filling via the ProFill line from ProBrew. The ProFill line overall offers can and keg filling systems for a variety of craft brewer sizes. The ProFill 200 below allows beverage producers to can their product ranging from 100 to 600 cans per minute. Watch it and then check out these filling systems.

Lastly, Urlaub discuss ProBrew’s dealcoholization solution that can create non-alcoholic beer and a hard seltzer base for beverage producers looking to expand their product offerings. The ProBrew Alchemator allows craft brewers and beverage producers to easily separate the alcohol and water from any fermented beverage. Simply add deaerated water to the remaining concentrate to make full-flavored low-alcohol or nonalcoholic beer or beverages from the original beer, cider, wine or kombucha. Learn more about this coolness right over here.

Then, learn more about ProBrew’s cool equipment overall right over here.
