David Green, dispense division trainer for Micro Matic, sums it up at the beginning of this training session: “We want to talk about bringing draft beer systems back online. Not only get the systems up and running properly, but so the products that we’re dispensing are as good as they can be. So, once we do get customers coming back, they want to keep coming back as well.”

Micro Matic is a global supplier of draft beer, cocktail, water and wine dispensing systems, serving more than 120 countries, so these folks know their stuff. With draft beer systems starting to come out of hibernation, Micro Matic was kind enough to pull together this online class, detailing how to inspect the existing state of your system and how to successfully bring that draft system back online. Green discusses system status from when it was shut down, condition of system components, cleaning principles, deep cleaning processes as well as takes some questions.

From the YouTube page:

Due to the unpredictable situation our world is faced with daily, it is critical we continue to provide our customers with the world-class draught beer education you have come to expect, no matter where you are.
