In Las Vegas November 12-13? Hit this AFCO|Zep sanitation and CIP training course

September 11, 2018Pretty Much a Press Release

AFCO-Zep Logo_FINALAFCO|Zep is offering a course on craft brewery sanitation and CIP in the adult playground of Las Vegas, November 12-13. It’s actually free for customers. This course is geared at improving a brewery’s cleaning and sanitation program. Attendees will explore topics ranging from fundamental water analytics to advanced microbiology and the selection of validation chemistry. The course will cover aspects of general sanitation, as well as CIP selection, setup and troubleshooting.

Discussions will include an open forum sharing of real world cleaning challenges and will address potential solutions and ideas for improving and solving sanitation issues. In addition to the course material presented, social time will be included, allowing for informal interaction and networking among the course attendees and instructors.

This course will be useful to a wide range of brewery personnel, from brewers, quality control and micro staff, to equipment operators and any other employees that are involved in any aspect of the brewery sanitation program. The instructors all have many years of in-plant, hands-on sanitation expertise, with most having spent time on the operations side of the business as well.

Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided during the training. Travel expenses, lodging and meals outside of the training are the responsibility of the student. Cost for students not currently customers of AFCO|Zep is $500 for the one-day seminar or $800 for the two-day seminar. Cost for AFCO|Zep customers is FREE.

Trainings require a 10-person minimum to be offered. Should any class not meet this requirement, registered students will be eligible to participate in a similar training at a later date. Contact [email protected] for more information.
