Now that you are spending way more time at home, perhaps this is your best opportunity to find posts about beer taxes interesting. Let’s test your muster: Last week, the Beer Institute published an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid shipments by beer brewers for December 2020: The December 2020 estimate is 13,800,000 bbls, a decrease of 0.2 percent compared to December 2019 removals of 13,825,000. What does it all mean? Here’s a year in tax numbers to help you figure it out.
