Breweries can get a comprehensive property risk assessment via Brewery PAK’s new drone service

May 27, 2020Pretty Much a Press Release

Brewery Pak IRAD

Brewery PAK, a specialty insurance program for breweries, is expanding its Insurance Risk Assessment Drone (iRAD) service for breweries. The use of the PAK Programs’ iRAD loss control program will quickly, efficiently and accurately manage insurance property inspections for breweries.

With iRAD, brewery owners can get a comprehensive risk assessment of their property along with an insurance property inspection. The implementation of iRAD allows Brewery PAK to seamlessly explore and examine breweries with a bird’s eye view in high definition. iRAD can quickly pinpoint potential risk exposures which the Brewery PAK team shares with clients in a comprehensive property analysis.

What’s cool about it?

This inspection can help efficiently identify wildfire risks, property damage, potential equipment malfunctions, uninsured/underinsured equipment and structures so businesses can respond promptly. It will also provide exact survey data of breweries, including their acreage, volume, and square footage, in addition to their property elevation and infrastructure.

This process not only ensures breweries are operating as safely as possible but also can help confirm they are receiving the right insurance coverage for their needs.

“At Brewery PAK, we pride ourselves on constantly adapting to the risk management needs of the ever- changing and growing brewery business, helping our clients operate as safely and securely as possible,” said Paul Martinez, program manager for Brewery PAK. “With iRAD, our risk management team will be able to better assess and address brewery risk exposures, while they focus on servicing our clients — in a way suited for the current reality of social distancing.”

The interactive map up on the site right now simulates how this inspection works. It is pretty cool.
