Upper Hand Brewery to distribute in Wisconsin

October 27, 2015Chris Crowell

Upper Hand Brewery, a division of Bell’s Brewery, will begin distributing into Wisconsin in November, but only in the northern half of the state in order to stay true to its northern roots.

Bells Brewery homebrewing contest winners“The North shares a culture and natural beauty that can’t be separated by some imaginary boundary. We are very excited to now share our beers with our northern neighbors,” commented Larry Bell, president and founder of Bell’s Brewery Inc.

Brewed with a 20-bbl system in Escanaba, Mich., its beers celebrate the beauty and uniqueness of the north and its community. To celebrate the brewery’s expansion, launch events will be held throughout Upper Hand’s Wisconsin distribution area beginning the week of Nov. 16. Event information will be available on Upper Hand Brewery’s website, as well as its social media channels.

Counties where Upper Hand beers will be available include Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Brown, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Door, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Florence, Forest, Iron, Kewaunee, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Outagamie, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Portage, Price, Rusk, Saint Croix, Sawyer, Shawano, Taylor, Villas, Washburn, Waupaca and Wood.
