Watch Bell’s Director of Operations John Mallett discuss the only four ingredients in Oberon

August 9, 2018Keith Gribbins

If you didn’t know, Bell’s Brewery’s Oberon is only brewed with four classic ingredients: water, hops, malt and yeast. The famous wheat ale is fermented with Bell’s equally famous signature house ale yeast. You can watch John Mallett, director of operations at Bell’s Brewery, discuss the microscopic beer-maker in the video above. It’s one of four videos just released by the Kalamazoo, Mich.-based craft brewery where Mallett details the water, hops, malt and yeast going into the classic summer beer. Those videos are above and below. You can even drink while you watch.
