Wyndridge Farm, a family owned company in York, Pa., announced new expansion plans for its beverage manufacturing and distribution division. New fermentation tank capacity has been ordered that will allow for production of an additional 15,000 barrels (bbls) of beer or hard cider. Current capacity sits at approximately 12,000 bbls. This expansion will push capacity to more than 25,000 bbls per year. Financing was provided by a combination of company funds, SBA 504 and Fulton Bank.

Wyndridge is unique in that it is a farm-based company producing high-quality ciders and beers for on premise sales and regional distribution. Additional warehouse space and brewery expansion are also part of the project. The company currently distributes it craft beers and hard ciders in Pennsylvania., Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio and Virginia. Next year, its distribution will also expand to include West Virginia, New York, Massachusetts and New Hampshire by the second quarter.
