Craft breweries are looking for every packaging edge they can at the shelf. Scofflaw Brewing is breaking down barriers by introducing a first of its kind in the market — not one but two new 16-ounce 12-pack options. Starting next week, retailers across Georgia will be carrying Basement 16-oz 12-packs and POG Basement 16-oz 12-packs.

“In regards to how this product came to be, we saw an opportunity in the market to create and innovate one of the first 16-oz 12-packs for craft beer,” a brewery rep told us. “We had a need for three different consumers — venue patrons, on-premise arenas and convenient stores for single sale options.”

This delicious liquid has 33 percent more beer in each 12-pack than the traditional 12-oz 12-packs. Perfect for a backyard barbecue, tailgate or just everyday drinking, these 16-oz 12-packs will be available for purchase year-round.

Scofflaw is using Berlin for canning and West Rock for packaging.

Not the first of its kind. You can buy 12 and 18 packs of 16oz cans of BMC products in Utah.
