The Evolution Series canning line from Wild Goose can grow as your brewery grows

May 16, 2018Chris Crowell

The Craft Brewers Conference and BrewEXPO America is packed with cool stuff every year, but this new concept at the Wild Goose booth may have been the most practical and impactful new product to catch our eye in 2018: the Evolution Series canning line. Owning and operating a brewery is insanely capital intensive, so if you’re going to invest in something like a canning line, you want to get your money’s worth. This modular canning system from Wild Goose — you guessed it — evolves right along with your brewery, capable of upgrading from one head to five heads, offering 15 to 50 cans per minute. There are other tweaks to original base model to note as well. Take a gander at the video above as Andrew Ferguson, director of international sales, explains everything.
