Thielmann — The Container Company, is a stainless steel beverage container manufacturing that you may or may not be familiar with but might want to check into now that it is opening its first U.S. facility in Houston.

Thielmann says the North American market is one of its most important markets right now, and by investing in the new facility, it wants to offer the same quality kegs at dramatically shortened lead times to its customers. Additionally, the existing dedicated sales team is strengthened by experts to offer tailor-made solutions to the craft brewing, wine and cider industry.

Thielmann launched its “Speedy Keg” stainless steel program with 1/2, 1/6 and 1/4 barrels at reduced delivery times to serve a key need of its customers. Branding and customization, such as embossing and silk screen printing requests can be submitted at the same time.

“All of our Speedy Kegs are built as blanks at one of our production facilities in either Spain or Mexico. We only use stainless steel from the United States and Europe during production so you know they are made with the highest quality materials. The new Houston facility allows us customize smaller orders quickly and according to each brewery’s individual needs,” said Justin Meier, beverage containers sales director for the United States and Canada.
