K&G Data presents Brew-Q software for quality automation

February 18, 2015Chris Crowell

K&G Data Solutions, a specialized application software company, has launched Brew-Q, a fully customizable quality automation software which automatically acquires, analyzes and displays your brewery’s product quality information directly from test instruments.

BrewQ quality software“We’ve found as breweries expand and purchase new testing equipment, they continue to write quality data onto a log sheet, only to then enter it into an Excel spreadsheet,” said Luke Gordon, co-founder of K&G Data Solutions. “We can now provide the brewing industry with a simple and complete solution, Brew-Q.”

Brew-Q is designed for breweries of all sizes offering a suite of data analysis and reporting programs. The company offers total user support services to ensure installation is complete in a timely and hassle-free manner.

Brew-Q has numerous benefits such as guaranteed data accuracy, a reduction in testing time and increased lab efficiency. It also has the capability to export and import quality and product information from Brewery Management Systems. Every aspect of using and maintaining the software is designed to offer a simple and intuitive experience.

The Report Writer program is a browser-based tool designed to produce and display a variety of reports and graphs including Certificates of Analysis and Daily/Weekly Production Reports. Once a template is created, it can be set to auto-populate for added ease.

“The main goal for Brew-Q is to ensure each time a consumer buys your brand, it tastes the same,” Gordon said. “Whether your craft brewery starts with a single instrument connection or you’re connecting multiple labs, Brew-Q can be with you through each step.”
