Get hip to the Employee Retention Credit in this webinar

craft brewery employee ownership

Did you know that as a brewery owner/operator, you may be eligible to claim the Employee Retention Credit (ERC)? We didn’t until until the UC Davis Division of Continuing and Professional Education told us it was so.

FYI: The renowned UC Davis offers comprehensive training and courses for homebrewers and brewing professionals year-round. Whether you’re looking to improve your brewing skills, increase your career prospects or navigate the industry, UC Davis Professional Brewing Programs can help.

As a prime example, check out this aforementioned upcoming free webinar on Employee Retention Credit taking place on Aug. 2 from 3 to 4 p.m.

Webinar: Employee Retention Credit with Frost Tax Law

Like the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), ERC is a form of Covid Relief available to employers who kept employees on the payroll throughout the pandemic. Unlike the PPP, however, you can still claim ERC credit. Learn how breweries can claim the refundable credit of up to $26,000 per employee, in this free webinar presented by attorneys Rebecca Sheppard, Esq., and Tina Azarvand, Esq., of Frost Law. Topics include how to determine your business’ eligibility for the credit and how much you qualify to receive, how to claim the credit for 2020 and 2021, plus a live Q&A session.

For more info on upcoming UC Davis classes for pro and homebrewers alike, check out this post from our archives.
