Ratermann Manufacturing sends info on its nitrogen, oxygen generators

May 19, 2016CBB Editorial Staff

We stopped by the Ratermann Manufacturing booth at the Craft Brewers Conference to learn a little bit more about what compliant gas solutions the diverse company is gearing toward craft beer. The company certainly has a ton that it does — GHS cylinder labels, Beverage CO2 RPV valves, dust covers, CO2 hoses, Taylor-Wharton beverage carbonation tanks and so on. Here are two items in particular that might interest your brewery:

oxygen nitrogen generatorsNitrogen Generator

Ratermann Manufacturing’s proprietary on-demand nitrogen generators provide unlimited nitrogen supply and eliminate the need for bulky, heavy and expensive high-pressure nitrogen cylinders. The versatile design is compact, requires no floor space and is less sensitive to ambient temperature than other nitrogen generators. It is also proven reliable, efficient and provides the lowest cost of ownership in the market.

Oxygen Generator

Ratermann Manufacturing offers oxygen generators for breweries as a safe and economical alternative to high-pressure cylinders. Our oxygen generator provides an unlimited supply of concentrated O2 (90 percent +) for the cold word aeration process. O2 is critical for establishing a healthy cell wall in yeast, providing you with greater yield and a stable fermentation process.
