Watch: PakTech’s CCA120 handle applicator is a versatile solution for all types of beer cans

March 21, 2018Keith Gribbins

PakTech is a top plastic fabrication company that concentrates on both eco-friendly can handles and the machinery to apply those can handles. One of its coolest applicators is the PakTech CCA120, which is a dual lane PakTech handle applicator solution suitable for QuadPak, 6Pak and 8Pak configurations. At a rate of 30 cycles or 180 cans per minute, the CCA120 is highly efficient, cost-effective and proven to run 24/7. It is capable of handling a broad range of can sizes at varying heights (12, 16 and 19.2 oz) and diameters (standard, wide mouth, slim and sleek widths). No tool changeover is needed to accommodate Quad, 6Pak and 8Pak configurations. Tools are needed between diameters.

“The CCA120 requires low maintenance and service requirements and is hallmarked by its reliability,” explained Elizabeth Kouns, marketing coordinator with PakTech. “Our customers boast about its ease of use. Each unit is delivered turnkey with startup usually on day one. PakTech offers a one-year warranty along with 24/7 phone support. Their remote mobile package allows technicians to troubleshoot problems remotely if needed. PakTech also delivers their units world-wide. The CCA120 is the smart, whole package solution for all your can packaging needs.”

From applicator to handles, PakTech definitely delivers some high-quality products for beer makers. To learn more about the CCA120, watch the video above.
