Saint Archer beer now available in the Bay Area

No, this isn’t the opening to Full House — Saint Archer beer will be available in the Bay Area starting October 6. We have to assume that cargo ship is full of it.

Saint Archer Brewing Co. recently announced that its beers will soon be available in the San Francisco Bay Area, thanks to a partnership with top distributor DBI Beverage Inc.

“The region is a natural fit with the lifestyles we all live and the values we hold as a California company,” said Josh Landan, president and founder of Saint Archer. “Even though we’re based down south, NorCal is home to a number of our ambassadors and early supporters of the brand, so this push was almost inevitable. We love it up there and now have another excuse to visit more often.”

The award-winning brewery based in San Diego recently underwent a significant expansion at their state-of-the-art facility, increasing barrel production by up to 40 percent. The goal? To keep product quality as high as humanly possible while making Saint Archer’s beers easier to find in the West.

“The Bay Area and Northern California in general have always been key drivers in the craft beer market, so we’re honored to be sharing cooler space with great beers like Anchor Steam, Lagunitas and Sierra Nevada,” Landan added.

The new partnership with DBI, actually two years in the making, means that fans of Saint Archer can now grab a six-pack in regions including San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, Truckee, Chico, Ukiah, Stockton and Napa.

Beers available for the new market include Saint Archer’s four core offerings in 6-pack cans and 22-ounce bottles: Blonde/Kölsch-style Ale, American Pale Ale, an IPA, and their unique Belgian White Ale. Three of the aforementioned styles also earned medals at the world class San Diego International Beer Festival this year, the largest of its kind on the West Coast.

“DBI has shown a massive commitment to the craft beer movement in Northern California,” explained Jeff Hansson, chief commercial office of Saint Archer. “The company has incredibly high standards in regards to retail execution and freshness, just like Saint Archer. We’re extremely happy to have caught their eye and to be part of their distribution network.”

NorCal consumers will be able to find their new favorite Saint Archer beer at retailers in the Bay Area starting October 6.
