Texas Craft Beer Club ready to ship hard-to-find Texas beers in 2016

December 16, 2015Chris Crowell

Texas Craft Beer Club

The Texas craft brewing scene is great and growing, but many of those breweries are still somewhat limited in their distribution. Craft Club Texas is looking to change this, launching Texas Craft Beer Club, which is Texas’ first and only craft beer of the month club that exclusively delivers Texas craft beer to its members.

“Many Texans enjoy trying new locally brewed craft beers, but in Texas the craft breweries’ distribution is extremely limited due to the nature of the industry,” said Co-founder Marc Atnipp. “We felt there was a niche for a new type of convenience for people who are looking to enjoy craft beer brewed in Texas that they can’t get at their local grocery or beer store.”

Members will receive a monthly shipment that will contain an assortment of Texas craft beer. Each shipment will feature two Texas breweries showcasing two of their styles of beer for a total of 12 beers in four different varieties. Members are also able to reorder their favorite featured Texas beers for future delivery.

The website will be very interactive and include the background and history of the featured breweries, the brewery owners and information on the different styles of beers. To connect the consumers and the breweries, the website also will include podcast and video interviews along with virtual tours of the breweries.

Founded in 2015 and located in The Woodlands, Texas Craft Beer Club.com is a beer of the month club exclusively featuring locally Texas brewed craft beer. It was launched by friends and co-founders Rob Banzhaf and Marc Atnipp who share a passion for business and beer.

“We are excited about the opportunity to connect more craft beer drinkers to the Texas breweries and beer they may not have access to. Craft beer sales across the country were up 17.6 percent in 2014 and that trend is growing, especially in Texas. Texas breweries are producing top quality beers and we want to do everything we can to help them acquire new customers,” states co-founder Rob Banzhaf.
