Careful not to eat too many. You’re driving.

The brilliant brewing minds at Victory Brewing Co., never content to just leave beer inside bottles and kegs, has teamed up with Waffatopia (real company) to create the Sweet and Stormy Waffle, a deliciously sweet waffle infused with Victory’s Storm King Imperial Stout. This beer breakfast food will be waiting on your plate Saturday morning as it launches today!

With a shared dedication to using natural ingredients, the teams’ waffle creation combines the dark chocolate flavors of Storm King Stout with Waffatopia’s unique artisan caramelized Belgian waffle, devoid of any added preservatives or artificial flavors.

Waffatopia owners, Brian and Andrea Polizzi, and Victory brewmasters, Bill Covaleski and Ron Barchet, have always shared a passion for ingenuity and diversification in the competitive fast-paced food and beverage industry. With the Sweet and Stormy Waffle, the team artfully combined the smooth rich chocolate flavor of Storm King with the naturally sweet pure Belgian sugar and yeast risen dough to deliver this one-of-a-kind waffle to its loyal beer and waffle fans.

Waffatopia and Victory invite all to join them at Victory’s Downingtown, Pa., brewpub for all of the waffle samples one can handle Nov. 14, from 4-6 p.m. for the delectable debut of the Sweet and Stormy Waffle. The brewpub will also be offering Victory’s Storm Drop Ice Cream, which pairs deliciously with this new waffle.

In addition to Victory’s retail store, Waffatopia Waffles are available online at waffatopia.com and at Waffatopia’s retail partners in the Delaware Valley. Gift packs and one online-exclusive flavor are available at Waffatopia’s online store.

“We are so fortunate to be able to work with our Chester County friend, Victory Brewing Company, in the creation of this new waffle,” said Waffatopia’s Co-Founder and Co-Chief Waffatier, Brian Polizzi. “We both believe in the value of diversification and the Sweet and Stormy Waffle is the result of our enduring drive towards uniqueness.”
